Acuity Site Design
Please send the information for your acuity booking site to traycreative@hotmail.com as soon as you complete your purchase. Please have all your information and pictures ready before purchasing. All policies are to be typed. No screenshots of your information is ever allowed. After a month, your project is removed from our design queue and must be rebooked again. Include your name or order number in the email subject line.
Only high quality images are used. If your images are not high quality, you will be notified and refunded.
Must have a high quality PNG logo. If not, you will be notified and refunded.
Turnaround:
3 Business Days to receive your draft. Your turnaround begings when all information has been submitted. Your project does not start until we have the information for it.
Revisions:
Revisions take 2 business days. Revisions include font changes, color changes, or placement change. A whole new design will require you to rebook the service.
